Dr. Anne Lam is an optometrist whose clinical focus involves low vision, contact lenses, and ocular disease. She leads the Low Vision Clinic which provides the latest technological advancements for patients whose vision is not correctable with glasses or contact lenses.
She is part of the Urgent Eye Care Clinic, where she cares for patients with eye-related issues such as flashes and floaters, sudden vision loss, eye pain, sudden double vision, eye infections and injury.
Additionally, Dr. Lam sees patients for comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings. She provides eye care at the Shiley Eye Institute and the UCSD Health – Rancho Bernardo clinic. Her goal is to serve patients by establishing meaningful connections by actively listening to their concerns and providing quality eye care.
Dr. Lam earned her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of California, San Diego, and her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry.
